Torchwood 2.02 Sleeper

Does this show seriously expect me to support a 'hero' who practices torture? -side-eyes- You know maybe this episode isn't really worth blowing off homework for.

EDIT: Eleven minutes in and all I want is someone to take a flamethrower to Jack and blanket up Beth somewhere safe. I am nearly 100% certain the episode will end on the reveal that she had some sort of alien lifeform in her/was an alien all along and I don't care, that doesn't make this okay. Nothing makes this okay. Get off my screen Harkness, you horrible excuse for a person.

You should just skip ahead to Children of Earth. Its a whole lot better than S1 & 2 combined!

I've actually already watched COE! And you're right, it was excellent. Unlike this episode which primarily makes me want to drop every member of the cast into an ocean without a lifeboat.

That was exactly what I wanted to do to them when I was watching that episode. If you're still looking for an excuse to blow off homework, you can always watch Downton Abbey, if you haven't seen it and if period pieces/master-servant relationships/awesome pairings is your cup of tea! ;P

I'll probably finish this episode because I am a completionist like that but ugh it is tough going. I keep pausing to go read fic with characters that don't make me want to punch things. t is almost enough to make me go back to homework. (Not quite enough though because I am so sick of schoolwork I cold actually cry. Also the faster I make it through this episode the closer I am to the episodes with Martha Jones. The things I watch for characters I love. ;_;)

Downton Abbey was great! =D I am very excited for the second season, I can't wait until it is available on my laptop.

I can so relate! Martha was probably my main motivation for finishing the whole S2. But it does get a teensy bit better, especially when Martha makes her appearance.

Ooooh, the premiere was awesome!!!! I'm not gonna say anymore because you might get spoiled!

Finished! And I found a download of Downton Abbey because I totally deserve a reward for making it through a throughly painful 45 minutes. I looked up the writer, James Moran episodes are getting a skip from me from now on.

I have a huge gap between classes tomorrow, I'm packing my laptop to enjoy the premiere then. =D Come to me Crawleys! Erase those horrible people from my mind with your amazingness.

I know, right. The only way I can enjoy Torchwood is to assume we're meant to see Jack as a monster, because otherwise it's just EPIC DO NOT WANT.
