Sports Things
Feb. 7th, 2010 10:31 pmHi guys! The Superbowl is today! =DDD I know these things only by virtue of my flist and my brother (apparently the sports game he was watching today was actually a SPECIAL sports game? Who knew!)
ANYWAYS. I don't actually care about the Superbowl. It's about people throwing a ball shaped like Arnold's head, whatever (Hey Arnold!)
You know what I DO care about? The Winter Olympics! It starts in FIVE DAYS GUYS, FIVE DAYS. It's going to be awesome. And Canadian. Also awesome.
Also! HYPOTHETICALLY I could see it in person this year. I have no courses on Thursday and Friday and then it's Reading Week so I don't have to worry about school. Also it's in Vancouver so it is in HYPOTHETICAL driving distance (several days driving, you understand. But still! Technically I would not necessarily need a plane).
Sadly it can only ever be hypothetical because $425 is alot of money for only one figure skating event. But it's still nice to know it is a HYPOTHETICAL possibility.
