D: Why didn't I choose one of the easy topics for my Macbeth essay? Well it is sort of easy, Macbeth's pretty much swimming with imagery. The only problem is that stupid secondary source quote. ;_; I can't find a legit secondary source with a quote supporting my reasoning that imagery is used for a character development tool. NONE. I could switch over to ambition or something but I DON'T WANNA. Everybody's doing ambition. I'm not going to get marks for being insightful on ambition. The teacher will be flipping through the essays and she'll get to mine and be like ANOTHER one on ambition? LOSER.

*glares at Macbeth* This is all your fault you stupid play. I bet you're cursing me cause I'm not afraid to say your name, aren't you? Macbeth Macbeth Macbeth MACBETH!

Agree!

Twelfth Night gets points for crossdressing, but boo for being taught by a homophobic teacher who makes us quote EVERYTHING. -shoots it-

Good luck on the essay!

Oh you guys do Twelth Night? :D That play is fun. I read this modern version of it (not set now just not in Shakespearean language) and it made me laugh. Several times actually. XD Shakespeare is the inspiration for soap opera writers everywhere. And thanks, I managed to finish it this morning. Mostly because I decided I wasn't allowed to have breakfast till I finished. XD

Aww, but breakfast is the most important meal of the day!!

Twelfth Night is fun, but As You Like It is funner. I saw it at Stratford two years ago, and it was awesome (and also had crossdressing >.>;)

Hence the quick finishing. :D I was pretty much you want cornflakes? Then FINISH PROVING THAT BLOOD SHOWS DIFFERENCES IN MACBETH AND LADY MACBETH'S CHARACTERS. XD I think I've finally found myself a proper incentive for schoolwork.

Haven't seen/read As You Like It yet but now I wanna check it out. I've always wanted to see one of the plays at Startford but I never get around to actually doing it. Maybe I should use the breakfast reward again. XD

I think we do MacBeth next year (I saw that at Stratford too, I think! Really, reeeeeally cool).

In elementary school, all the gifted kids would be hauled off to Stratford every June. It was fun, but a loooong bus ride. And they sell way overpriced foodstuffs there. :(

Macbeth is awesome. The play has so many issues in it and depending on how the characters are portrayed you get really different ideas from it. :D We watched a movie of it in class and I was really really impressed. By they end I was actually cheering for Macbeth! 0_o

XD Oh man your elementary school sounds awesome. Mine was pretty much: Hey you're gifted. Wanna skip a grade?
...No.
Kay then. Carry on.

Lady Macbeth was my fave character, if I rememver right.

I switched over to that school for gifted in grade 7, and it was way worth it. You don't waste as much time repeating things you already know, and get to do cool stuff like Stratford and making videos.
