Well I have enough courses to be on track for graduation now! Very few of them are the courses I originally wanted but at this point I feel I need to let it go for the sake of not giving into the urge to punch my computer. :l
I was first gonna say that man that sucks! And I totally sympathize because my school does the same thing! And then I was like, waaaaaaait a minute, and then checked your profile and um, we go to the same university?!!? (maybe not the same campus, i'm not on the main one, but um, still!!)
.....sorry if I sound like a creeper with this comment. D= But yeah, I haaaaaate our school's course selection system they keep blocking things out for me that i really want to get into and conflicts will all sorts of classes i would like to take but can't, and just wanted to say that i sympathize completely!
*coughs* and sorry for not showing signs of life, my hiatus just keeps on going and going and going.... yeah.......
You go to Glendon? Your campus does like half the poli sci courses I wanted to take! Which was mildly annoying because the timing meant I couldn't really afford to commute from Keele to Glendon for a class starting half an hour after one I'd finished. >_>
Seriously York's course system is an exercise in frustration. I had to eventually just give up on taking courses I had any substantive interest in before I started doing real damage to my computer (outside of, y'know, hurting its feelings from yelling at it so much).
I am the last person to judge over a long hiatus. I think I've posted an average of two paragraphs every month for the whole summer. xD I just blame it all on work.
haha, yup Glendon. lol, this is so funny because when I was selecting courses I was like a;skdjf;asdklj whyyyy does keele have all the coooool history courses?! and I tots had the exact same problem re:wanting to take a class in the other campus within a half hour of each other. So yes, wooooooord on everything. Everything
