Does anyone know anything that's really good for a sore throat? I have a horrible cold and I've basically sneezed myself to being nearly unable to talk. It kind of really hurts so if you have any favourite remedies I'd love to hear them.

A good dollop of honey in a glass, add boiling water to dissolve. Sip. If you fancy it, add a good dash of whisky, too. Alternatively, drink lots of cool water and suck on spoonfuls of honey.

Ginger tea with honey is what my mum always makes me drink. It works half-well.

again honey but with lemon
I add enough honey to coat the bottom of a glass and add enough lemon juice to just coat the honey and add hot water
or like radio_nurse said ginger and honey, it's the ginger, totally works
or my mom would heat coke with lots of ginger until it's pretty much flat

or you can jsut go with halls or capicols i think they're called

You could...take a pain-killer, maybe? That usually does the trick. And while you wait for it to kick in, try gargling with salt water.
