15 Things Meme
One. Think of 15 short bits of interesting stuff about yourself. And they've gotta be true.
Two. Come up with 5 false statements regarding yourself, but for fun's sake keep them in the threshold of believability.
Three. Jumble them all up together and list them in any order.
Four. Post them on LJ (blogger) and let people guess which the five false ones are!
Five. Get 5 others to do the same.
1. I once stole a Caramilk from the convenience store when I was five. My mom found out just before the bus pulled up at our station and we ran back so she could pay for it and apologize to the store owner. My mom is good at teaching morals. ♥
2. Actually I do have a very strong work ethic. It just doesn't kick in till 2 days before a project deadline. XD
3. Tennis is probably one of the few sports I can claim being remotely good at. Although it's not as similar to badminton as I thought it'd be.
4. I am really, dependant on other people. Seriously. Sometimes I get in odd 'I want to be alone, go away' moods but if people actually did leave me alone for a day I think I'd start stalking strangers out of boredom.
5. On that vein I am extremely shy on my own. If you get me with a friend though I will be loud and straightforward and have absolutely no trouble speaking people I don't know.
6. The other thing that breaks my shyness is anime. XD I swear to God, if I meet another anime fan I will talk to them for hours and only realize much later I didn't get their name (I say this from experience. Several experiences actually ^^).
7. I ate ice cream in Egypt sometime around 3rd grade. My mom didn't want me too because she said they don't sterilize their milk (or something like that, I can't really remember anymore) but I still maintain it was one of the best ice creams I ever tasted.
8. We were acting out the first scene of Macbeth in class today. I acted as a nosy bus passenger using mixed up lines from the witches.
9. I have absolutely no idea why some people don't like writing letters. I love letters. I would write a letter to everyone and their mother if I could afford the postage.
10. I actually liked reading Romeo and Juliet last year. Shakespearean language isn't actually all that tough once you get used to it.
11. I am some kind of psycho editor. Seriously. Hand me the world's most amazing essay and you know what the first thing I zero in on will be? That missing comma in the fifth paragraph. :p
12. I am extremely fond of using overly pretentious language. It tricks people into thinking I'm smart. >D
13. I learned tae kwan dao when I was 10. I started to get fed up half way through the course but I kept at it so I wouldn't have to deal with the inevitable I-told-you-so'd from my parents.
14. I won a gigantic Spongebob plushie playing the Ring Toss game at Wonderland this summer. It's almost as tall as I am and about 2 or 3 times as wide. :3 All I need is another miracle so I can re-unite him with Patrick next year.
15. Nobody should ever tell me repetitive songs. Really. I wouldn't stop singing the song that gets on everybody's nerves the other day.
16. There's a huge battle going on in my music over who my favourite band is. Right now The Fray is kicking ass.
17. I can't lie to my parents. Literally can't. And by that I don't mean I'm a bad liar. I'm actually a really convincing one. The problem is I'll go running straight back to tell the truth 5 minutes after I get away with anything. >_< I can not handle guilt.
18. After much deliberation I've decided ninjas do in fact pwn pirates.
19. I have a punching bag in the basement. It gets much use. Particularly a few days after I've been assigned a group project.
20. It should be a law that everyone writes their name on their forehead with magic marker every morning. ;_; It would be so helpful to poor souls like me who take a year to start automatically recalling names.
I'll post in a few days letting you know which ones aren't true. For now you must guess while I set back and have fun seeing which of my f-list come close.

I spent an hour calling up stores to sponsor the "Healthy Eating Week" we're trying to start up at our school. Either there's some huge managers conference I've never heard about going on or I'm an idiot for saying why I'm calling before asking for the manager. >_< You guys can vote on what you think.
But that's okay. Because I found out there's a Model UN Club at my school. And they meet on Mondays. ♥ So going to join. I can't believe a club I want actually got the right idea and picked the day of the week I had free for meeting. There's the problem of a ride home now but never mind that. I'm too pleased to bother with technicalities right now.
