I consoled myself by book shopping! I am now the proud owner of Alaya Johnson's Moonshine and Courtney Summers Some Girls Are. Vampire gang wars, social activists, and high school girl politics await me. \o/
Started Suzanne Weyn's The Night Dance which is failing to grab me. It's a pity because I love Arthuriana retellings but I don't know. The characters feel too generic right now. Might change though, I'll give it twenty more pages (or another bored bus ride, whatever).
