Some contemporary philosophers such as Richard Rorty have suggested the search for truth is futile. Write a 500-word essay explaining your thoughts on this matter.

My thoughts on truth: it exists and I am not terribly concerned over the possibility of the search being futile. Bonus offering of certain truth: I am absolutely not bothering with philosophy ever again after I finish high school.
