Doctor Who: New Earth

Was this episode full of plotholes? Was there absolutely no reason the nuns should've continued infecting their patients when they'd already discovered their cures? Indeed! Did I care? Not at all! There were cat nuns and body switching and Cassandra being hilarious! When it comes down to it I am pretty easy to please, that was enough for me.
On a slightly more serious note I suspect my observations on the New Doctor and hubris are probably correct! Observe:
CAT NURSE: It's said he'll talk to a wanderer. To the man without a home. The lonely God.
DOCTOR: -looks very much like he thinks it to be himself-
CAT NURSE: But who are you to decide that?
DOCTOR: I'm the Doctor. And if you don't like it... if you want to take it to a higher authority, then there isn't one. It stops with me.
I am thinking this looks to be the dialogue of a man headed for a fall! Perhaps at the end of the season?
Other Things What I Liked:
Cassindra-in-Rose: -spontaneously decides to make out with the Doctor!-
Doctor: "Still got it" =D
Almost every scene of Cassandra in Rose. She is a hilarious hilarious lady and I enjoy watching her. Also pretty clever for a villain! Maybe I cheered a little when she knocked out the Doctor with her perfume. Possibly. You can not prove it.
