Oh my dear God above. I just read spoilers for up to Chapter 18. They can't make a movie out of this book because it will be the freakiest thing since The Ring. And every single girl who watches it will be turned off pregnanacy FOR LIFE.
The baby breaks her spine! Her pelvis! Her ribs! SHE VOMITS UP BLOOD.
If for some insane reason they go on to make a movie for it they will have to fire the current director and hire someone well-versed in horror.
