I am just here to add that I too, have long conversations in my head that never make it to paper/computer/mouth. I call them my inner dialogues -nod-
Random memory because I just woke up (I am a lazy beast!) and feeling rather random, although this is not entirely random: grade nine, first day of Geography class. I come in, sit at my desk, all is usual school and such. Mr. Miller walks in, talking to class, randomly walks up to my desk, smacks hands down on desk, looks at me and proclaims, "You have an internal monologue, don't you?" Grace nods confusedly, states she understands what he means when he asks her if she understands what he means, then thinks amusedly, 'More like an internal dialogue, but yeah. Don't let the teacher think your crazy on the first day.'
