Today was totally awesome. We finally figured out what the hell we're doing with the documentary and we lined up all the intro shots. Plus we've decided on all the text and quotes and we've cut down all the shots into more reasonable sizes. Tomorrow we're going to fine cut the scenes and add in the text and other nifty stuff like that (after Bruce -- the technical instructor, shows us how). I can't believe we're actually going to finish this. I mean after we filmed all the first week without having a concrete outline of what we were even DOING I totally thought we were going to have the crappiest movie out of everyone. But we shall NOT. :D <-- imagine this as a very smug smile because that's my expression right now



At lunch today I had my first ever onigiri. Oh my God YUM. My resolve to go live in Japan someday has just strengthened by 10. They make pocky, they make onigiri. Who cares about the sun, they should re-name themselves as land of amazing food.
